After your portrait session is complete, we will process the images and create a DIGITAL PROOF CD/DVD of
those images. This CD/DVD will contain all of the images captured during your portrait session, as well as some
black and white images, and some special effects images.
We will then schedule an appointment with you to view the images with our representative, at which time you
will be presented with the DIGITAL PROOF CD/DVD. As you view the DIGITAL PROOFS, and if all
provisions of the Photography Agreement have been met, our representative will offer you the chance to accept
or refuse the quality of our work, for any reason.
If all provisions of the Photography Agreement have been met, and you refuse the quality of our work, return
the DIGITAL PROOF CD/DVD to our representative, and we will begin the process of refunding your entire
session fee, less the cost of any location entry fees or permits required during your session.
If you accept the quality of our work, you may begin the process of ordering the prints that you desire. If your
print order meets or exceeds the amount of your original deposit, you may keep the DIGITAL PROOF CD/DVD,
otherwise it must be returned with your print order.
Once you have made the decision to accept or refuse the quality of our work, our guaranty of
satisfaction to you will be considered fulfilled, and no further warranties shall be made or implied.
